Job Description
- Responsible for verifying and organizing various types of documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness, and timely filing for future reference.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data consolidation, statistical analysis, report generation, and formula calculations (such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, data validation, etc.)
- Perform daily data input tasks, including customer information, order details, personnel data, etc., with a requirement for attention to detail and a mistake rate below 0.5%.
- Assist in interdepartmental correspondence, handle mail receipt and delivery, meeting minutes, and basic administrative support.
- Support the supervisor in temporarily assigning other administrative or clerical tasks, with good communication and coordination and multi-task processing abilities.
- Have secondary school education or above, those with administrative assistant or related job practical experience are preferred.
- Proficient in Office office software, especially intermediate functions in Excel, able to independently complete structured data processing and report output.
- Have a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail, and be able to focus for a long time on repetitive but precise work tasks.
- Have basic Chinese reading and writing abilities, be able to clearly understand file content and correctly identify key information; fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese communication.
- Have basic computer operating skills, familiar with Windows system operations, and be able to quickly adapt to internal management systems or ERP simple modules.
