From 2013 to 2017, the company acquired three excellent companies in the same industry successively around the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain: Shenzhen Dingxin (domestic chip distribution and solution providing), Nanjing Feiteng (power industry module and terminal product R&D, production and sales), and Wuhan Pate (Japanese high-end chip distribution). The company also separately held equity in Shanghai Yunhan Xin Cheng (China's largest chip sales e-commerce) and Shanghai Huwen (voice AI chip design and solution provider) in 2014 and 2019, respectively. Currently, the company has established multiple branches in Wuhan, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States, serving various business and industry customers of the company. In recent years, with the rapid development of industries such as industrial and new energy, electric vehicles, artificial intelligence, 5G, Internet of Things, and medical care, as well as the intelligent upgrading of traditional industries, the semiconductor industry has experienced a high-growth period.
