Job Description
Duties:
Responsible for Hong Kong channel expansion and high net worth customer expansion;
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the Hong Kong store, ensuring that sales targets are met;
Develop and implement a brand promotion plan to enhance the brand's image and customer experience in Hong Kong;
Train and motivate the team, optimize personnel deployment/prepare talent reserve, and improve team overall performance.
Requirements:
Familiar with the Hong Kong retail market;
Have luxury retail or high-end fashion brand management experience, familiar with industry market dynamics;
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively promote cross-departmental collaboration;
Have strong data analysis skills, and be able to optimize operating strategies through sales data.
