Core responsibilities

1. Build a brand overall operating framework, streamline and improve the two-store operating process, connect various linkages, and achieve standardized and systematic operations;

3. Inventory control: Responsible for goods inventory, input and output registration, and loss control, rationally plan inventory, and avoid stockouts or overstocking;

4. Budget & Cost Management: Develop operating budgets, control various expenses, optimize costs, and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement;

5. Performance follow-up: Regularly collect and analyze sales data, feedback on performance, and propose optimization suggestions;

6. Human resources management: Design employee schedules, be responsible for full-time employee attendance, part-time staff (Part Time) recruitment and training management;

8. Financial affairs: Process daily expenses Reimbursement, establish an expenses ledger, and ensure clear accounts;

Job Requirements

1. Hold a valid Hong Kong work identity, with at least 2 years of retail operations management experience in Hong Kong, with florist/boutique retail/high-end services preferred;

3. Have the ability to build architectures and optimize processes, be meticulous and efficient in your work, strong sense of responsibility, and good stress resistance;

4. Familiar with Hong Kong labor laws, familiar with Office office software, with basic financial management skills;

5. Be honest and trustworthy, have good communication and coordination skills and team management ability, and endorse the high-end floral brand concept.
