Main responsibilities:

• Provide overseas sales order support, supervise and follow up order progress execution;

• Accept overseas customer orders, provide customers with quotation lists, contracts, delivery schedule follow-up, and shipment arrangements for order services, as well as the storage of related documents;

• Timely processing and follow-up customer feedback issues;

• Summarize sales data, process and analyze sales data, monitor and report core performance indicators, and identify problems and trends.

Requirements:

• Education requirement: Bachelor's degree or above, 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

• Language ability: Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

• Expressive ability: Express clearly, good language expression and communication skills.

• Professional skills: Have strong data analysis, logical thinking and learning abilities, work carefully and responsibly.

• Priority: Candidates with European market experience are preferred.
