<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Project Officer</strong> to support our gold trading and exchange operations in Hong Kong. This role requires strong project management skills, market insight, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Project Planning:</strong> Develop and implement comprehensive project plans tailored to gold trading and exchange operations in Hong Kong.</p></li><li><p><strong>Team Coordination:</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and compliance, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.</p></li><li><p><strong>Market Analysis:</strong> Conduct in-depth research on gold market trends and regulatory changes affecting the sector in Hong Kong.</p></li><li><p><strong>Risk Management:</strong> Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure smooth execution and compliance with regulations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Communication:</strong> Engage with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and incorporate feedback to refine project objectives.</p></li><li><p><strong>Performance Tracking:</strong> Monitor project progress against key performance indicators and report outcomes to senior management.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.</p></li><li><p><strong>3+ years of project management experience</strong>, preferably in the finance or commodities trading sector.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of <strong>gold markets and trading mechanisms</strong>, particularly in Hong Kong.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.</p></li><li><p><strong>IANG/ASMTP candidates are encouraged to apply.</strong></p></li><li><p>Candidates from Mainland China will be given preference.</p></li></ul><p></p>
