Main responsibilities:

1. Operator and partner relationship management:

· Communicate and manage with mobile operators, mobile virtual network operators, mobile virtual network enterprises, wholesalers and SIM distributors;

· Assist in business negotiations, price review, and expansion of partnership relationships;

· Keep up to date with partner product, coverage and business terms;

· Coordinate the partner's onboarding process and related document flow.

2. Business resources and supplier management:

· Integrate market intelligence, competitive analysis, and partner dynamics;

· Search and evaluate global suppliers (mobile network operators, value-added network enterprises, wholesalers);

· Monitor resource performance and identify business risks or opportunities;

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning;

· Provide resource availability support to the product team to support new product releases and expansion;

· Coordinate with suppliers to solve problems and ensure stable service delivery 3. Cross-functional collaboration and business support;

· Work closely with stakeholders to ensure resource requirements align with business priorities;

· Provide support to the business team on pricing, contract review, and partner negotiations;

· Assist in preparing business reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

· Have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field;

· Have 3 to 6 years of work experience in the telecommunications, mobile virtual network operators, roaming, procurement or business operations field;

· Have outstanding business insight, as well as excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills;

· Deep understanding of telecommunication business architecture (including IMSI resources, data pools, and roaming services) is preferred;

· Have strong analytical skills, and be familiar with Excel;

· Good written and oral expression in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) ;

· Willing to occasionally participate in overseas business trips to attend partner meetings and industry events;

· Able to work independently in a fast-paced international environment;

· For management positions, more extensive experience will be given priority.
