Basic job information

• Working location: Hong Kong, China (requires full-time residency)

• Working permit: Must be a Hong Kong resident (holding a valid Hong Kong identity card and legal work permit)

• Industry affiliation: Cross-border communications, Internet of Things, online travel (related industry background is acceptable)

• Reporting Object: Product sales vice president

Core responsibilities

1. Full cycle management of cross-border communications/online travel-related business projects, covering project planning, resource coordination, progress control, risk prevention and delivery acceptance, ensuring that the project is successfully implemented with high quality according to the target;

3. Coordinate technical, sales, and operations cross-functional teams, develop project implementation plans, quickly solve technical and business problems during the promotion process, ensure project progress and customer satisfaction;

4. Continuously collect industry intelligence (Hong Kong communications market policies, technical trends, competitive dynamics, travel platform cooperation rules), combine project experience to propose product optimization and business strategy suggestions;

Job Requirements

Basic conditions

• Hong Kong residents, holding valid Hong Kong identity cards, can work full-time in Hong Kong;

• Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, international business, project management, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.

Industry and project experience

• 3 years or more of business project management experience, with any of the following backgrounds:

  Cross-border communications industry: Familiar with the Hong Kong communications market (operator cooperation process, industry regulatory policies), those with satellite communications, IoT, cross-border communications project experience are preferred;

  Online travel industry: Familiar with Hong Kong travel platform operation rules and cooperation mode, those who have cross-border travel communication service-related project experience are preferred;

• Have the ability to independently coordinate complex business projects, and be able to control project risks and delivery quality throughout the entire cycle.

Language skills

Core competencies and qualities

• Proficient in project management methods (PMP certification holders are preferred), with project planning, resource coordination, and risk control abilities;

• Have excellent business negotiation skills, cross-departmental communication abilities and problem-solving abilities, and be able to efficiently coordinate internal and external stakeholders;

• Strong market sensitivity, clear logical thinking, basic data analysis skills, and the ability to quickly respond to industry changes and customer needs;

• Proficient in Office office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.), able to write English business documents independently.

Prioritization

• Holding a PMP certification or a communication industry relevant qualifications certificate;

• Have Hong Kong local telecommunication operator (such as CSL, 3 Hong Kong, Digicel, etc.) cooperation experience or customer resources;

• Have enterprise-level IoT solution, cross-border travel communication service project management experience.
