Job Responsibilities (30% Office Assistant) :

1. Responsible for snack sorting and labeling work, including taking snacks out of the box, attaching the specified label, and checking the integrity of the packaging.

2. Process daily tea room supplies management, such as ordering drinking water, daily necessities, and snacks.

3. Maintain warehouse/office cleanliness, assist with simple paperwork or inventory counts.

Job Responsibilities (70% Private Assistant) :

1. Assist the boss in planning daily breakfast and lunch (including dining suggestions, takeout orders, and taxi calling services)

2. Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, etc.) to answer questions, search and organize data.

3. Responsible for ordering snacks, daily necessities, and office supplies on HKTVmall, Taobao, Pinduoduo, etc., and following up on logistics status.

5. Need to go out with the boss to inspect business, product sales, sales atmosphere, and market research.

Applicant requirements:

1. Careful and patient, able to focus on repetitive work and maintain high accuracy.

2. Familiar with basic mobile phone App operations (takeout, calling a taxi, AI tools, HKTVmall/Taobao/Pinduoduo and other shopping platforms), and willing to learn New tools.

3. Have good communication skills and a proactive attitude towards problem solving.

4. Able to adjust to the boss's work rhythm and flexibly handle temporary tasks.

5. No experience is necessary, those with office or personal assistant experience are preferred.

Working location and time:

· Location: Tseung Kwan O (warehouse and office)

· During the probationary period (first month): Part-time, 4 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week (specific time slots can be negotiated)

· After the trial period: you can choose to become a full-time employee (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, public holidays off) or continue to be a part-time employee (same conditions)

· Public holidays (full-time applicable; part-time can be arranged according to negotiation)

Benefits:

· During the trial period (1 month): $60 per hour, calculated based on actual attendance, and payment can be made on the same day

· After the trial period:

· If you switch to full-time: starting salary of $15,000 (depending on experience, negotiable), monthly statement of payment

· If you choose to remain part-time: $65 per hour, calculated based on actual attendance, and payment can be made on the same day

· Provide on-the-job training (including AI tools and shopping platform operations)

· Friendly team environment

· Dining arrangements:

1. Lunch: Eat with the boss during working hours, and the cost will be paid by the boss (lunch time will be counted as working time). Part-time employees are only applicable if their actual working time covers the lunch time; full-time employees are applicable daily.

2. Breakfast: Eat with the boss outside working hours (around 8:30 am) and have the boss pay for it (free to attend, not counted as working hours).

3. The above arrangement is a non-cash dietary benefit and is not part of the salary.

· Can be paid out on the same day (applicable only during part-time employment; after becoming full-time, it will be changed to monthly settlement)
