Job Description

We are a NASDAQ-listed technology company, and we sincerely invite AI sales pipeline managers to join us, responsible for building an agent system and pipeline ecological operation, and promoting AI product commercialization through offline agent expansion, online KOL cooperation, etc. You will directly participate in the core pipeline layout, with a clear growth path and broad display space, and co-build the AI product pipeline benchmark with excellent teams.

Duties include:

1. Responsible for the development, negotiation and signing of AI product national sales agents, and building a high-efficiency and stable distribution pipeline network.

2. Full cycle management of cooperative agents, including policy implementation, performance goal follow-up, empowerment training, incentive and evaluation, and risk control.

3. Act as the company's product expert and service window facing the pipeline, provide professional support to agents, answer customer needs, product functions, scene applications, etc. various problems, and help pipeline transaction conversion

5. Track pipeline data, market dynamics and competitive product situations, collaborate with internal teams to optimize pipeline strategies, and continuously improve pipeline coverage and sales performance

Job Requirements

1. Passionate about the AI industry and AI products, keeping up with industry development trends, and having rapid learning abilities.

2. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of sales/pipeline experience; outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply.

3. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to handle daily business communication and data processing.

4. Outstanding communication and coordination skills, strong service awareness, able to clearly understand and communicate product value, and efficiently solve pipeline problems.
