### Position Summary

Lead the design, development and optimization of foreign exchange and derivatives quantitative trading systems, build a low-latency and high-concurrency quantitative trading platform, and support automated strategy execution and risk management. Those with foreign exchange trading experience are preferred, as they can deeply participate in strategy design and the implementation of trading logic.

Core responsibilities

1. System architecture design:

Develop a high-performance trading system to support automated trading of foreign exchange spot, forward, options and other derivatives.

2. Quantitative Tools and Strategy implementation:

Convert trading strategies (such as market maker spread management, order book dynamic analysis, and real-time risk hedging) into C++/Python code and integrate it into the trading engine.

Develop a backtesting system and real-time risk control module to monitor position exposure, abnormal market fluctuations and compliance indicators.

Based on the requirements of the trading team, develop customized tools (such as algorithmic trading interfaces and market analysis plugins) to enhance the efficiency of strategy research and development.

3. Technical Operation and Maintenance and Upgrade:

Maintain the Linux server environment, optimize system performance (kernel tuning, memory management), and ensure stability under extreme market conditions.

Design database (Clickhouse/Postgres) and data stream processing solutions to support real-time analysis of massive market and trading data.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, financial engineering or related fields, with over 3 years of experience in quantitative system development.

2. Proficient in C++/Python development. Familiar with Linux system development, with experience in multi-threading/multi-process and Socket programming, and familiar with asynchronous framework design.

3. Have project experience in developing quantitative trading systems (such as high-frequency market-making engines and algorithmic trading platforms).

4. (Bonus point) Familiarity with basic knowledge of the financial market (such as pricing of foreign exchange derivatives and risk control rules).

5. (Bonus point) Have experience in managing high-frequency databases (such as Clickhouse). Have experience in MT4/5 plugin development or IBKR integration.
