Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end preparation for each yacht rental trip to meet specific client demands.
Arrange and schedule appropriate crew members for each order, monitoring their performance and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive administrative oversight by maintaining event calendars, tracking operational milestones, and ensuring all deadlines are strictly met.
Support the procurement process by sourcing and coordinating materials and services as needed.
Onboard execution needed, including the set up of custom decorations and performing onboard guest service for birthdays, proposals, or corporate events.
Maintain full flexibility to work weekends and public holidays to support peak operational periods and ensure seamless on-site guest hospitality.
Requirements:
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in different tasks
Organizational skills and communication skills are needed
Prefer experienced in operations, hospitality roles
Willingness to work on-site and onboard to ensure smooth operations
