• Responsible for receiving materials or products, checking the quantity and inspecting the packaging and appearance for damage.

• According to the incoming inventory document, goods information is promptly and correctly entered into the warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP system to ensure that the account and reality are consistent.

• Store goods according to their type, specifications and preservation conditions (such as temperature control, moisture prevention, etc.) in a scientifically divided area, and attach labels or barcodes for easy identification.

• According to the delivery order or shipping list, execute order picking, accurately retrieve goods from the designated position.

• Perform a secondary count before shipment, assist with packing and reinforcing operations, and ensure goods are transported safely.

• Coordinate with logistics companies or internal transportation units, handle goods delivery procedures, and complete warehouse registration in the system.

• Regularly execute cycle counting or seasonal large-scale inventory, trace the difference, and maintain inventory and physical inventory consistency.

• Implement warehouse 5S management (sort, set, clean, clean, and cultivate), maintain a clean environment and keep channels open.

• Adjust warehouse location according to goods turnover rate, improve warehouse internal operation efficiency and space utilization.

• When discovering inventory shortages, expiration, spoilage or damage, immediately report to your supervisor and fill out the relevant loss and damage report.

• Responsible for daily inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, and barcode scanners.

Work requirements

• Have 1 to 3 years of warehouse or logistics-related work experience.

• Familiar with warehouse operations, including receipt, delivery, inventory and warehouse management.

• Have basic computer skills, able to use Office software to process simple reports.

• Able to speak Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin communication skills.

• Work carefully and responsibly, with a strong sense of duty and good team spirit.

• Able to adapt to light physical labor, need to move goods and stand for a long time.

• No academic qualifications required, those with relevant certificates or training experience are preferred.

• Holding a valid work visa, including Hong Kong permanent residents, high-end talent pass (High Talent Pass), excellent talent entry plan (Excellent Talent Pass), non-local graduate retention in Hong Kong / return to Hong Kong employment arrangement (IANG), dependent visa or other permit allowing work in Hong Kong.
