Job Overview
Working location: Guangdong Province, Shenzhen City, Futian District, CBD
Your responsibilities include
1. Research and analyze market trends, and develop effective digital advertising strategies
2. Design and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads (including Facebook and Instagram or other social software) advertising campaigns
3. Manage advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) within the budget
4. Monitor ad effectiveness, conduct regular data analysis, and adjust ad strategy and optimization based on the results
5. Conduct keyword research and positioning to ensure accurate and effective advertising placement
6. Create compelling ad copy and images, and optimize ad materials to increase click-through rates and conversion rates
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and marketing experts, to ensure ads are consistent with the brand image
8. Track your competitors' advertising activities and propose corresponding strategies to maintain your competitive advantage
9. Regularly report advertising effectiveness and trends to management and provide improvement suggestions
We are looking for
1. More than 2 years of digital advertising experience, familiar with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
2. Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (Pixel), Facebook Insights, etc.
3. Need basic English reading and writing skills
4. Excellent data analysis skills and good business insight
5. Good time management and organizational skills, able to complete work tasks on time
