You will be playing an integral part in IT Business Analyst team.If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders – then this role is for you!</p> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>What you ‘ll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li> Business Analysis: </li> </ul> <ol> <li> Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for retail IT systems. </li> <li> Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. </li> <li> Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. </li> </ol> <p></p> <ul> <li> Project Coordination: </li> </ul> <ol> <li> Plan and coordinate IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. </li> <li> Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, vendors, and retail staff. </li> <li> Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders. </li> <li> Quality Assurance (QA): </li> <li> Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance. </li> <li> Identify and document defects, working with developers to ensure resolution. </li> <li> Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards before deployment. </li> </ol> <p></p> <ul> <li> Ad-hoc task: </li> </ul> <ol> <li> Support user training and system adoption post-implementation. </li> <li> Stay updated on retail industry trends and emerging technologies. </li> </ol> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li> Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. </li> <li> 3+ years in business analysis, preferably in retail or e-commerce. </li> <li> 2+ years in project coordination or management. </li> <li> 1+ years in QA testing, including test case creation and execution. </li> <li> Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation </li> <li> Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp). </li> <li> Strong understanding of retail systems (e.g., POS, inventory management, e-commerce platforms). </li> <li> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. </li> <li> Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. </li> <li> CBAP, PMP, or ISTQB (preferred but not required). </li> <li> Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese. </li> <li> Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior position. </li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Why Join Us</strong></p> <p>We value your professional and personal growth – fostering a positive work culture is our priority.
