Duties:<br>1. Assist the founder in formulating strategic plans, annual business plans and dividing work goals into stages;
<br>2. Fully responsible for the group's market work, including but not limited to (project tracking, bidding, negotiation) ;
<br>3. Assist the founder in managing and coordinating the various departments, especially the daily work and affairs handling between the business departments, and if necessary, you can convene a business communication meeting or a working meeting separately;
<br>4. Assist the founder in handling external public relations (government, important customers, etc.);
<br>5. Follow up on the group's operating target achievement, provide analysis and improvement suggestions;
<br>6. Provide relevant solutions to the founder in terms of group business planning, sales strategy, and capital operations;
<br>7. Write and follow up the meeting minutes of various meetings such as regular meetings, special seminars, etc.;
<br>8. Assist the founder in planning corporate culture and corporate strategic development, and cooperate with management to conduct corporate culture work;
<br>9. Complete other temporary assignments.

<br>Requirements:
<br>Education background: Bachelor's degree or above in law, economics, business management and other related fields, those who have overseas study experience are preferred.
<br>5 years of relevant management experience, with at least 2 years of relevant position experience.
<br>Skills and techniques:
<br>1. Broad knowledge base, comprehensive knowledge structure, rich industry experience and management experience;
<br>2. Have high comprehensive quality, be able to quickly master various knowledge related to company business;
<br>3. Good oral, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English;
<br>4. Proficient in using office software.
<br>5. Have strong organizational, coordination, communication, and leadership skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and social skills and sharp insight; have strong judgment and decision-making, planning and execution abilities;
<br>6. Good team spirit, honest and reliable, upright and compassionate, strong independent work ability and public relations ability.
