Responsible for the overall design and continuous optimization of the company's performance management system, based on the company's strategic goals, layer by layer decomposition, and formulating performance evaluation standards that combine key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) for each department and position, ensuring that performance indicators not only reflect the company's strategic orientation but also meet the actual work content of the position.<br>5. Human resources management, business management, psychology and other related fields, bachelor's degree or above.
