3. Complete the minimum monthly live streaming hours requirement (5 days, a total of 10 hours), ensuring stable attendance.

4. Actively participate in various activities or training organized by the platform and guild, enhance professional skills and popularity.

5. Self-manage live streaming time, flexibly arrange work plans, and fully utilize idle time to create value.

Requirements:

1. Passionate about the live streaming industry, willing to try new things, with good expression and communication skills.

2. No gender, age or relevant experience is required, just basic network operation skills and equipment conditions.

4. Have a sense of responsibility and self-discipline, and be able to complete live streaming tasks according to the agreed time.
