Pacific Infrastructure Limited was successfully awarded with the management, operation and maintenance contract for Eastern Harbour Crossing from Hong Kong Government since August 2016. We took over the management of Tate’s Cairn Tunnel, Central–Wan Chai Bypass, Western Harbour Crossing in 2018 and 2023.Supported by our unique and extensive experience in road tunnel operation and maintenance, we are currently one of the leading tunnel operators in the market. As a tunnel operator, we uninterruptedly provide traffic control, recovery of vehicle breakdown, security control, tunnel equipment maintenance, civil structure inspection, landscape up-keeping and tunnel area cleaning services around the clock.It is our mission to provide safe and efficient tunnel service to the general public. Our four tunnels bring daily convenience to millions of commuters and make significant contribution to the economic development.
