TWO Openings 1 in HK and 1 in Macau

• Act as a consultant to provide professional advice to assigned corporate clients/ distributors
• Assist sales on project completion and follow up with client occasionally. 
• Collaborate with product department to consolidate customer feedback
• Conduct product and technical training to assigned corporate clients/internal users.
• Responsible for tender preparation and submission
•  
• 售前顾问式引导客户需求 并按照项目需求，提供专业意见给予向客户和代理商等，，做产品介绍以及协助产品选型。
• 负责按项目计划开展项目的现场调试实施验收工作。
• 按项目需求，提供产品培训、售前交流和宣传产品知识等
• 与客户沟通，跟踪项目的运行状况，及时接收客户反馈信息,提供售后技术支援，并定期提供报告。
• 根据客户需求反馈，与各部门合作并提供反馈，进行产品改良。
• 参与标书估价，准备以及投标工作

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above major in IT/Computer Studies/ Engineering will be a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in ELV, CCTV, Network hardware, telecommunications, or IT related fields, act as pre-sales / solution consultant/ technical role.
• Fluent Cantonese and English, Mandarin is essential
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred
•  
• 本科以上学历（计算机、电子工程以及其他相关专业）
• 拥有至少2 年工作经验在 弱电、ICT、IOT、 网络硬件、安防产品等， 售前 或者 解决方案 或者 技术 相关岗位经验
• 拥有 ICT solution 项目经验 , 负责独立完成投标书制作会是优势
• 普通话及英文读写能力突出
• 有视频监控产品项目或者相关工作经验优先考虑
