<p><strong>Your Role</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct inspections, testing, and examinations of lifts and escalators to meet the legal requirements under Chapter 618.</li><li>Provide clear, professional advice and guidance on legal compliance in day-to-day operations.</li><li>Perform both internal and external technical audits to ensure safety and quality standards are met.</li><li>Investigate incidents thoroughly and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>A Degree, Higher Diploma, or Higher Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Building Services Engineering—or a related discipline.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in lift maintenance, modernization, or a related field such as safety, environmental engineering, technical services, construction, or lift & escalator auditing.</li><li><strong>A valid Registered Lift/Escalator Engineer qualification is essential.</strong></li><li>Strong technical expertise in the examination, testing, maintenance, and repair of lifts, escalators, and their associated equipment or machinery.</li></ul>
