Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing comprehensive real estate buying and selling and leasing consulting services to customers, including property search, price negotiation and contract signing, etc. processes.

2. Actively develop new customer resources, maintain existing customer relationships, ensure long-term cooperation and good communication.

3. In-depth understanding of market dynamics and policy changes, providing professional investment advice and market analysis reports to customers.

4. Assist in handling transaction-related documents to ensure that all procedures comply with legal norms and smoothly complete the transaction.

5. Participate in company-sponsored training activities and team meetings to enhance your business skills and professional knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Hold a valid Hong Kong real estate license or intend to obtain relevant qualifications, welcome interns to apply.

2. Have secondary five education or above, good Chinese and Mandarin expression skills, those with English ability are given priority.

3. Positive and proactive personality, hard-working and ambitious, strong sense of responsibility and achievement motivation, and pursuit of high income goals.

4. Passionate about the real estate industry, willing to learn and constantly challenge myself, creating personal value.
