<p>Responsibilities: </p><p>1.Oversee daily operations of the Web 3.0 platform, including reconciliation, wallet backups, and other routine operational tasks. </p><p>2.Handle basic client inquiries and support client onboarding, deposit/withdrawal, and trading processes; perform preliminary reviews and assessments to ensure high review quality and timeliness. </p><p>3.Manage the regular update and review of the platform’s operational policies, manuals and guidelines; assist in drafting and implementing various policies and SOPs. </p><p>4.Identify and troubleshoot system malfunctions, providing practical solutions and improvement recommendations. </p><p></p><p>Qualifications: </p><p>1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Law, Financial Management, or a related field. </p><p>2.Both English and Mandarin Chinese as working languages; fluency in Cantonese is a plus; solid writing skills preferred. </p><p>3.Prior experience in client operations is required; experience in financial services or the Web 3.0 sector is an advantage.</p><p> 4.Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability; able to work under pressure with good communication and coordination skills; strong sense of responsibility with a curious and proactive mindset. 5.Candidates holding or eligible to apply for a Hong Kong Top Talent Pass or Quality Migrant Admission Scheme visa are preferred. </p><p>Job Title: Operations Manager</p><p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for the daily operation of the Web3 platform, such as daily reconciliation, wallet backup, etc.;</p><p>2. Provide basic responses to customer inquiries, guide customers through the process of establishing business relationships, making payments, etc., complete the initial review and assessment, and ensure timely and high-quality review;</p><p>3. Responsible for the daily update and proofreading of platform operation-related policy documents and guidance manuals, and assist in the completion of various systems and SOPs, as well as their implementation;</p><p>4. Be able to discover system problems and provide solutions and feasibility advice.</p><p> </p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, economics, law, accounting, etc., is preferred;</p><p>2. English and Mandarin can both be used as working languages, Cantonese can be used as a bonus, and you should have a certain amount of writing skills;</p><p></p><p>4.
