Since its establishment, Gushengtang has always upheld its founding motto of "Practitioners with a sincere heart, Medicines with assured quality", and adhered to the core business philosophy of "Expert medical care, premium medicinal herbs, and excellent services". It provides the general public with full-cycle medical and health solutions covering disease diagnosis, treatment and health management, striving to become the first choice for TCM practitioners to practice, for the general public to seek TCM treatment, and for aspiring professionals dedicated to the cause of traditional Chinese medicine. As of November 2025, Gushengtang has set up more than 80 offline TCM clinics in 20 domestic cities and Singapore. Its integrated online and offline medical service network covers over 340 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan and Suzhou. The Group has a team of more than 40,000 licensed TCM practitioners, among whom 8 are nationally renowned TCM masters in active practice, ranking first among private TCM medical institutions in the number of distinguished physicians. To date, Gushengtang has provided medical services to a cumulative total of over 24 million patients.
