Already trusted by shops in Bangkok and now entering Hong Kong, Stitch is expanding fast, and we’re looking for someone who can grow with us.</p><p>This is your chance to join a product at the start of its Hong Kong chapter, help tailors modernise, and become a key part of Stitch’s presence in the city.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>Your Mission</strong></p><p>You will be both the <strong>face of Stitch in Hong Kong</strong> and the <strong>trusted guide for local tailors</strong> — helping them adopt the platform, supporting them day-to-day, and identifying new shops that would benefit from Stitch.</p><p>You’ll combine <strong>sales, onboarding, and customer success</strong>, ensuring tailors feel confident, supported, and excited to use the platform.</p><p></p><p></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><strong>1) Sales & Business Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify tailor shops and fabric suppliers in Hong Kong that could benefit from Stitch</p></li><li><p>Conduct outreach through visits, calls, WhatsApp, and email</p></li><li><p>Provide live demos (in person or online)</p></li><li><p>Explain Stitch’s value clearly to non-technical business owners</p></li><li><p>Help convert leads into paying clients</p></li><li><p>Maintain local relationships and act as Stitch’s representative on the ground</p></li></ul><p><strong>2) Customer Success & Support</strong></p><ul><li><p>Onboard new tailor shops with structured walkthroughs</p></li><li><p>Migrate client data from Excel, WhatsApp exports, Google Sheets, or handwritten records</p></li><li><p>Train users in simple, accessible Cantonese or English</p></li><li><p>Provide day-to-day support via WhatsApp, email, or short video calls</p></li><li><p>Solve user questions and escalate technical issues to the dev team when needed</p></li><li><p>Track client satisfaction and proactively prevent problems</p></li><li><p>Document common issues and suggest UX or workflow improvements</p></li><li><p>Visit shops occasionally when hands-on support is needed (transport reimbursed)</p></li></ul><p><strong>3) Operations & Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li><p>Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline information</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the founder and product team to relay real feedback</p></li><li><p>Support product testing for Hong Kong-specific workflows</p></li><li><p>Represent Stitch at events or tailor meet-ups when relevant</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong></strong> and strong English</p></li><li><p>Based in Hong Kong with strong awareness of local culture and etiquette</p></li><li><p>Confident communicator — warm, patient, and clear</p></li><li><p>Experience in <strong>sales, SaaS, CRM, onboarding, or customer support</strong></p></li><li><p>Ability to explain technology to traditional or non-technical business owners</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently</p></li><li><p>Highly organised with strong follow-through</p></li><li><p><strong>Bonus (not required):</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in tailoring, menswear, or fabric</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with POS/CRM systems</p></li><li><p>Network in HK retail or fashion sector</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Get</strong></p><ul><li><p>A key role in Stitch’s Hong Kong expansion</p></li><li><p>Flexible schedule with remote-first culture</p></li><li><p>Transport fully reimbursed for client visits</p></li><li><p><strong><u>Compensation includes a base monthly retainer linked to the commissions earned for each tailor shop you successfully onboard</u></strong></p></li><li><p>Uncapped earning potential</p></li><li><p>Opportunities to travel across Asia</p></li><li><p>Real long-term growth into <strong>Sales Lead</strong>, <strong>Customer Success Lead</strong>, or <strong>Regional Manager</strong> roles</p></li><li><p>Direct collaboration with the founder — fast decisions, real impact, no bureaucracy</p></li></ul>
