<ul><li><strong>Administrative Management</strong>: Oversee all aspects of pension schemes, including enrolment, contributions, terminations, and switching, while ensuring accurate and timely data input.</li><li><strong>Quality Assurance</strong>: Regularly review outputs for accuracy and compliance with legislation, trust deeds, and policies to maintain high quality and avoid rework.</li><li><strong>Client Communication</strong>: Liaise with internal and external clients, including employers and trustees, to efficiently address inquiries and requests, while preparing reports for stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Process Improvement</strong>: Actively participate in system testing, recommend procedural revisions due to changes, and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and service level agreements.</li><li><strong>Team Collaboration</strong>: Support leadership and colleagues in achieving goals, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and assist other business areas as needed.</li></ul><p>Requirement</p><p></p><ul><li>A minimum of 3+ years’ working experience in corporate or professional service environment</li><li>Higher diploma or above in any disciplines</li><li>Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and other software packages</li></ul>
