Project Engineer Position Type: Full-time

Location: Hong Kong / Macau

Job Responsibilities:

• Mainly responsible for fire protection system engineering

• Provide professional assistance in design approval contact, acceptance testing (T&C), on-site installation works and commissioning, post-installation services

• Responsible for overall coordination and communication of the project

• Participate in project meetings, monitor assessment process progress, provide technical coordination and solve issues related to project progress

• Submit work reports (Programme Submission); report on the status of technical supervision personnel

• Responsible for commercial quotations and provide solutions for project construction

• Modify and update building drawings, maintain and control building standards and procedures

• Execute assigned tasks by department manager/supervisor

Other temporary projects

• Coordinate with contractors or builders regarding site issues, application of progress payments

Degree Requirements:

• Associate degree or above: Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Fire Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Ventilation and Air Conditioning (MVAC) and other related subjects

Other Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skills, organizational coordination ability, and team spirit

• Proficient in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) or other design software will be given priority consideration

• Prior experience of two years or more in related engineering work will be given priority consideration

• Priority will be given to those holding a first-class construction certificate

• Microsoft Office proficiency and driving license will be considered an advantage
