<p>Core responsibilities</p><p></p><p>2. Coordinate product technology adaptation and clinical validation, coordinate R&D teams to complete medical-grade algorithm optimization (such as speech rehabilitation training model, low-power physiological data transmission scheme), and lead industry-university-research cooperation with institutions such as the Department of Medicine of the Chinese University of Hong Kong;</p><p></p><p></p><p>5. Build a medical intelligent hardware special team, establish a cross-department collaboration mechanism, promote efficient collaboration between R&D, marketing and supply chain, and be responsible for new business revenue growth and technological innovation achievements. </p><p></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>1. Educational background: Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering related Master's degree or above (with interdisciplinary background is preferred);</p><p>2. Work experience: More than 8 years of management experience, with at least 5 years of research and development and industrialization coordination experience in the medical and health field, and the need to lead at least 1 medical product from R&D to clinical conversion;</p><p>3. Core capabilities: ◦Have medical technology research and development transformation ability, be familiar with the application of AI technology in medical scenarios, and be able to bridge clinical needs and engineering research and development; Be familiar with medical product compliance certification and hospital channel entry procedures, those who have experience in hospital procurement of medical materials / intelligent hardware are preferred; Have government research fund application experience, successfully led provincial and ministerial research projects, and be able to write independently Hong Kong's science and technology policy subsidy application materials; </p><p>4. Industry recognition: Have multiple medical field patents, innovation and entrepreneurship awards or industry authoritative appointments, and be able to provide verifiable technical innovation and industrialization results;</p><p>5. Language requirements: Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese (optional) and English (technical documentation and international cooperation).</p><p></p><p></p>
