  • Responsible for assisting the vice president with daily administrative and secretarial affairs, including itinerary planning, meeting minutes, file organization, etc.
  • Assume the role of immigration consultant, provide basic immigration information and preliminary advice to customers
  • Assist in handling customer contact and communication, maintain good customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the team to complete project tasks, coordinate internal and external resources to improve work efficiency

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or above, bachelor's or master's degree graduates are given priority
