<p>Main work responsibilities:</p><p>Develop a project plan, define the project scope and goals, and set a project schedule and deliverables. Just allocate and ensure the IT project and plan are successfully executed by providing the necessary resources, including personnel, budget, and application development resources. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (such as medical professionals, researchers, I team) and external partners to collect project requirements, promote multi-party collaboration, and ensure continuous stakeholder participation throughout the project life cycle.</p><p>Supervise and manage the execution of specific projects, including coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project meets the time schedule, quality standards, and budget constraints. External suppliers or technical partners (if applicable) collaborate to evaluate and screen solutions, manage contract signing processes, and ensure that they are consistent with project goals and requirements. Report project updates, progress, and milestone nodes to stakeholders, senior management, and other relevant parties; regularly compile project reports, presentations, and related documents to ensure that the project meets quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical norms; establish standardized processes to maintain data integrity, protect patient privacy, and comply with relevant medical industry regulations.</p><p>Sexual requirements:</p><p></p><p>Applicants with relevant experience or knowledge in the medical industry, medical system, medical terminology, and regulatory requirements are preferred.</p><p></p><p>My language skills: Proficient in English and Chinese written and oral expression,</p><p></p><p>Comprehensive ability: able to independently carry out work, with the leadership ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p>
