Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant floor, including greeting guests, seating them, taking their orders, serving their food, and processing their bills.
- Proactively understand customer needs, provide professional, friendly and efficient dining experiences, and maintain the restaurant's good reputation
- Keep the floor environment clean and orderly, standardize the arrangement of tables, chairs, cutlery and service utensils, and implement sanitation and safety regulations
- Participate in pre-opening preparation and post-opening closing work, assist in completing daily business records and handover matters
- Have at least 2 years of local fast food restaurant floor work experience, familiar with Cantonese and Mandarin communication, and basic English understanding is preferred
- Appearance is clean and positive, with a high sense of responsibility and team spirit, and able to withstand work pressure during peak hours
- Have basic service etiquette and table knowledge, understand food safety and personal hygiene rules
- Monthly salary of HKD 17,000–19,000, determined by actual experience and performance
- Monthly attendance bonus of HKD 1,000
- Year-end discretionary bonuses
- During employment, provide one meal for employees
- Working location is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui's commercial and tourist district, with convenient transportation
