Customer service and scientific cultural assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for human resources recruitment-related work, including job seeker screening, interview scheduling and preliminary evaluation, and assisting departments in meeting their human resources needs.

2. Assist in warehouse organization and material replenishment, ensure inventory management is well-ordered, and maintain smooth logistics operations.

3. Process customer inquiries and complaints, provide professional and efficient solutions, maintain company image and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Engage in general administrative and clerical work, such as file sorting, meeting minutes and report writing, to ensure accurate and error-free data.

6. Assist in handling daily office affairs, including mail delivery and receipt, telephone reception and other temporary assigned tasks.

Requirements:

1. Hold a secondary six DSE qualification, with at least two years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates can also be discussed.

2. Fluent in Cantonese, good Chinese and English reading and writing abilities, able to communicate across languages, meeting the internationalization work needs.

3. Proficient in using MS Office series of software (including Word, Excel, etc.), with basic computer operation skills.

4. Willing to learn new software, continuously improve their technical level to adapt to different work needs, and maintain professional growth.

6. Work carefully and cautiously, have good team spirit and independent work ability, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure.
