Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the installation, testing and acceptance of various elevators in the Kowloon area of Hong Kong, ensuring compliance with the local Lifts and Escalators Ordinance and relevant safety standards.

• Perform daily maintenance, fault diagnosis and emergency repairs, quickly respond to sudden situations, and ensure equipment operation safety and stability.

• Cooperate with the engineering team to participate in the new project construction coordination, including server room layout, shaft inspection, rail adjustment and control system wiring technical links.

• Follow on-site safety procedures, properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and specialized tools, and implement safety programs for high-altitude work, confined spaces, and electrical operations.

• Have five or more years of elevator installation or maintenance practical work experience, familiar with mainstream brands (such as Otis, Schindler, Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Kone, etc.) Equipment structure and control principle.

• Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate independently with customers, property management personnel and colleagues on technical issues; those who understand basic English or Mandarin are given priority.

• Holding a Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Department recognized "lift and escalator technician certificate" or equivalent qualification; having an effective "safety card" and "high-altitude work certificate" is preferred.

• Must hold a valid foreign labor identity and undergo the Hong Kong work visa application process arranged by the employer; have good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, and be able to adapt to shift work and irregular field trips.
