Job Description:
Responsible for the procurement of near-expiry and FMCG products, ensuring timely supply.
Independently source and evaluate suppliers, establishing and maintaining a stable supply chain.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best procurement prices and terms.
Manage procurement orders and contracts, track order execution to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Analyze market trends, provide procurement strategy suggestions, and optimize product assortment.
Handle various issues in the procurement process to ensure adequate inventory, cost control, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
Experience in procurement of near-expiry or FMCG products.
Familiar with supplier sourcing and management processes, able to operate framework agreements independently.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling work pressure.
Hardworking, responsible, and a team player.
Proficiency in basic office software such as Excel and Word.
