We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our business growth initiatives through a combination of administrative tasks, communication management, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Business Administration:

• Manage and process various business documents, reports, and records

• Maintain and update data using Excel, ensuring accuracy and organization

• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other relevant materials

2) Communication Management:

• Handle email correspondence with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Respond promptly to inquiries and facilitate effective communication channels

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups

3) Business Development Support:

• Assist in identifying potential clients and suppliers

• Support the development and execution of business strategies and campaigns

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions

• Support the onboarding of new clients and suppliers

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
