Job Title: Operations Director<br> Job Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Based on the business budget, responsible for formulating and implementing the annual and monthly production plans and targets of the company's two business units (molds and parts), guiding production operations, and ensuring plan completion.</li> <li>Responsible for managing the order production progress, personnel allocation and capacity balance of two business units, scheduling production personnel of various cost centers, and ensuring the smooth completion of order delivery and production plan indicators.</li> <li>Based on the production system goals, develop annual and monthly cost control plans, approve various expenses within the authority, ensure that costs are effectively controlled in the production process, and achieve the company's set targets.</li> <li>According to the production plan and the actual situation of equipment and resources, monitor production capacity, and adjust production operations; for abnormal problems that occur in the production process, organize and coordinate relevant personnel to take effective measures to solve them and ensure normal production operations. </li> <li>Familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and other quality/environmental management systems, implement the quality and safety first policy, and conduct training, inspections, supervision and evaluation in the production process to ensure the implementation of quality system documents, strictly enforce process discipline and operating procedures, and fully meet the requirements of quality, safety and production progress.</li> <li>According to the company's development strategy and value orientation, combined with the characteristics of industrial business, promote organizational and personnel construction, conduct daily supervision, inspection and guidance as well as performance evaluation, enhance human capital value; establish effective employee incentive systems, and be responsible for performance evaluation of various departments.</li> </ul><br> Requirements: <ul> <li>Have professional enterprise management and leadership skills, with experience in successfully leading a team to complete a project or achieve growth in performance; Have corporate strategic planning and operational management capabilities, have good analysis and problem-solving skills, be clear and logical in thinking.</li> <li>Good English level, with strong listening, reading and writing abilities, those with oral skills are preferred.</li> <li>College graduate or above</li> <li></li> </ul><br><br>
