We are currently seeking experienced, professional, and enthusiastic optometric clinic assistants to join our dedicated team of eye care professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for patient registration, appointment scheduling, medication dispensing, and handling clinic fees.

• Assist doctors in their diagnostic work.

• Operate ophthalmic examination instruments.

• Handle simple clinic administrative work, patient record management, and daily store operations.

• Working location: Yuen Long

Entry Requirements:

• Second 5 or above, with good communication skills and customer service techniques

• At least one year of relevant work experience in clinics/retail/customer service is preferred

• Active and positive, sincere and polite, responsible, patient

• Able to speak fluent Cantonese, general Mandarin and English

• Computer operations and Chinese-English typing

• Able to operate drug injection, bean punching is preferred

• Have a certificate in venous puncture and blood drawing, as well as a certificate in basic first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), is preferred
