JobDuties

• A strong customer service orientation

• Provide customers with accurate preoperative and postoperative information

• Handle customers daily inquires, complaints and appointment booking in a prompt and professional manner

• Conduct customer satisfaction survey to collect feedback

• Maintain good relationship with customers

• Assist in developing and implementing membership scheme and provide regular progress reports

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing the service standard and customers loyalty

• Assist in serving the VIP guests, KOLs and celebrities if necessary

• Generate marketing ideas and improvement initiatives

• Support supervisor to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• HigherDiplomaorabove

• Minimum2yearsrelatedcustomerserviceworkingexperienceinhospitality/customerservices/marketingindustryishighlypreferred

• Goodcommunicationandinterpersonalskills

• Cheerful,presentable,customer-orientedwithapassiontoserve

• Goodteamplayerandabletoworkindependently

• Toworkindifferentlocationswhenneeded

• May be required to work on Saturdays

• Willingtolearnandhaspassiontoworkinmedicalindustry

• Work location in Central/ Mong Kong

• Working Hours: 9:30-18:30 (including 1 hour lunch time)
