<p><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide excellent customer service, answer and process customer inquiries on multiple platforms (including but not limited to WhatsApp and phone)</li><li>Timely and professional handling of daily customer inquiries, complaints, and appointment scheduling</li><li>Call patients to follow up on their progress and follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction</li><li>Contact internal departments to resolve and follow up customer inquiries</li><li>Maintain a high-quality customer service awareness and build good relationships with customers</li><li>Assist and support assigned temporary work</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Position requirements</strong></p><ul><li>HKCEE / HKDSE / Diploma / Advanced Diploma or above</li><li>At least 1 year of customer service-related work experience</li><li>Have basic computer operations knowledge (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and understand Chinese and English typing</li><li>Good interpersonal skills, with a team spirit, able to work independently and solve problems</li><li>Good English, Cantonese, and Mandarin oral communication skills</li><li>Need to work every Saturday; Sunday and public holidays off</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Handle bookings and general enquiries through multiple platforms, including but not limited to WhatsApp and phone calls;</li><li>Address daily customer inquiries, complaints and appointment booking in a prompt and professional manner.</li><li>Provide after-consultation service to patients and follow up on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Work closely with online customer team to fulfil customer's request</li><li>Liaise with internal parties to resolve inquiries and follow-up with customers</li><li>Maintain a strong customer service orientation and build good relationships with customers.</li><li>Provide support on ad-hoc assignments.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>HKCEE / HKDSE /Diploma/ Higher Diploma or above;</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service-related role, work experience in medical facility is a plus;</li><li>Candidate with experience in other fields / industries will also be considered;</li><li>Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word-processing is a must;</li><li>Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is an advantage;</li><li>Customer service-oriented attitude and good communication skills;</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and a team player, able to work independently;</li><li><strong>Immediately available is preferred</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Required to work alternate Saturdays</li><li>Sunday & Public Holiday off</li><li>Thorough training in medical aspect</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Birthday Leave</li><li>Annual discretionary bonus</li><li>Special offer of eye treatment for staff and family</li></ul><p></p><p>C-MER is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
