Roles & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Manager on daily project administration and coordination.

• Monitor site and contractual works to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

• Assist in tracking and coordinating construction progress to ensure projects remain on schedule.

• Liaise and coordinate with employers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on construction details, site progress, and site coordination matters.

• Assist in resolving technical and engineering issues as required.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in a construction-related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building works, A&A works, or fitting-out works.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Well-organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and perform well under pressure

• Proficient in PC applications, including MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

• Experience in government projects is an advantage.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project manager, responsible for daily project administrative work and coordination.

• Monitor construction site and contract engineering execution status, ensure that all construction activities comply with contract terms and technical specifications.

• Assist in tracking and coordinating construction project progress to ensure that the project advances according to the predetermined schedule, and propose adjustments if necessary.

• As the main liaison window, communicate and collaborate with the owner, consulting company, subcontractor and supplier on construction details, project progress and site coordination matters.

• Assist in handling technical and engineering problems that arise on site, including plan review, on-site technical support, change order follow-up, and quality control-related matters.

• Participate in construction site meetings, progress report preparation, file management, and final project documentation.

• Holding a high diploma, associate degree or above in the fields of architecture, civil engineering or related engineering.

• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in building engineering, renovation and decoration (A&A) or interior decoration (Fitting-out); those who have participated in government engineering projects will be given priority.

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with excellent writing and oral expression skills in both languages.

• Have high organizational skills, self-discipline, and sensitivity to details, and be able to work independently and maintain high performance under pressure.

• Proficient in the use of common computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong.

• Able to adapt to the long and short week work mode and out-of-town work arrangements; daily working hours are 9 am to 6 pm, working six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
