Position: Customer Service Assistant 1 / Customer Service Assistant 2 / Customer Service Assistant 3 / Customer Service Assistant 4

Department: Customer Service Assistant Department (consisting of Senior Customer Service Assistant and Customer Service Assistant)

Boss: General Manager, Manager, and Assistant Manager (Operations, Sales, and Warehouse)

Main responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries about medical procedures, diagnostic fees, and insurance claims

• Handling customer payments, bills, and insurance claims

• Health products and services sales

• Need to attend training activities scheduled within working hours

• Execute other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor

Entry Requirements:

• Grade Five or above / Secondary School Diploma, Chinese and English subjects need to reach D grade or Level 3 or above

• Applicants with 1 to 2 years or more of experience in Chinese and Western medical clinics, customer service, sales, etc. are preferred

• Good communication skills, able to speak fluent Cantonese, good English, and Mandarin

• Must know how to operate a computer and type in Chinese and English

• Enthusiastic about healthcare work, positive and optimistic, proactive, caring, and collaborative

Salary and benefits:

• Two-year contract

• Basic salary plus operating bonus from HKD15,000 - HKD22,000

• Working no more than 48 hours per week
