Job Description
- Independently produce promotional materials, including posters, flyers, pop-up displays, social media graphics, etc., ensure consistent visual style, clear and accurate information, and brand tone and target audience preferences.
- Collaborate across departments (such as sales, design, public relations) to push promotion plans, regularly compile activity effectiveness data (such as number of participants, conversion rate, social interaction volume), and submit concise reports to supervisors for reference.
- Proactively follow up on daily administrative support work, including meeting arrangements, document sorting, supplier communication and temporary delegated tasks, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility and team collaboration awareness.
- College degree or above, marketing, communication, advertising, sports management or related academic departments are preferred; those with 1 to 3 years of market promotion or event execution practical experience are preferred.
- Love sports, have a healthy life attitude, understand the needs of the sports community, and have actual experience in participating or organizing sports activities (such as marathons, basketball games, fitness courses, etc.) are especially good.
- Outgoing and proactive personality, quick response, good at communicating and coordinating, able to maintain clear thinking in parallel tasks, and able to handle unexpected situations.
- Have basic data analysis awareness, be able to use Excel or Google Sheets to organize activity feedback, and propose specific optimization suggestions, not just execution, but also results-oriented.
