Job Description

We are looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team at Mei KTV. This role is essential for overseeing daily operations and leading a team to deliver exceptional service. You will play a key role in executing our brand strategies and enhancing our customer experience.

Responsibilities

-Team Leadership:

Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high service standards. Train new employees and foster a positive work environment.

-Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies. Manage inventory and ensure the availability of supplies.

-Customer Experience:

Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.

-Marketing Initiatives:

Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain customers.

-Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor sales performance and provide insights to management. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

- Higher diploma or above in related fields.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.

- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team collaboration.

- Knowledge of market trends in the entertainment industry is a plus.

- Immediate availability is preferred.

We are recruiting a store supervisor to join the MEIKTV team. This position is crucial for overseeing daily operations and leading the team to provide excellent service. You will play a key role in executing our brand strategy and enhancing the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

· Team leadership:

· Operations Management:

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies of materials.

· Customer Experience:

Ensure that you create a warm and friendly atmosphere for your customers. Respond to customer inquiries and solve any problems promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

· Marketing activities:

Assist in executing marketing activities, promotional activities and various events. Work with the marketing team to attract and retain customers.

· Report and analysis:

Monitor sales performance and provide insights to management. Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

· At least 3 years of management position work experience, those with hotel or retail industry experience are preferred.

· Have strong skills in written and oral expression in Chinese and English (including Mandarin).

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with emphasis on team collaboration.

· Knowledge of the entertainment industry's market trends is preferred.
