Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily sales work at the frozen meat store, including product introduction, customer consultation and transaction closure
Provide friendly and professional customer service, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
Operate the cash register system to complete the checkout process, ensure accurate payment, and daily reconcile business receipts
Execute logistics and display work, keep shelves clean and orderly, and regularly check the expiration date and inventory status of goods
Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin and English listening and speaking abilities
No need for relevant work experience, the company provides on-the-job training
Responsibility and service attitude, able to adapt to the retail industry's pace, and able to stand for a long time
Can work from Monday to Sunday, with a working schedule of 07:30 to 19:30 daily (a total of 12 hours, including 1.5 hours for meals)
Monthly salary of HKD$17,000–$19,000, adjusted based on performance and qualifications
