Job Description
- Coordinate the entire live streaming process, including host collaboration, backend data monitoring, real-time interaction management, promotional speech design, and real-time sales conversion tracking;
- Analyze core indicators of live streaming rooms (number of viewers, time spent, click-through rate, conversion rate, GMV, ROI, etc.), regularly output operation reports and propose optimization suggestions;
- Collaborate with supply chain, graphic design, customer service and logistics team to ensure product listing accuracy, inventory synchronization and post-purchase response efficiency, and maintain cross-border delivery experience consistency;
- Follow up on the consumption trends, platform policy updates and competitive product dynamics in the Greater Bay Area and Southeast Asia, adjust the localization operation plan in a timely manner, and enhance the brand's recognition and trust among Hong Kong and overseas Chinese users.
- Have at least 2 years of cross-border e-commerce or new media live streaming operation-related experience, familiar with Hong Kong market consumption habits and mainstream social platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) ecosystem;
- Proficient in mainstream live streaming tools (OBS, StreamYard, etc.), e-commerce back-end systems (TikTok Seller Center, Shopee Seller Hub, etc.), and data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Business Consultant, third-party BI dashboard);
- Have cross-department coordination skills and project promotion awareness, be able to autonomously plan priorities in a fast-paced, multi-task environment, and be responsible for sales results;
- Have basic visual aesthetics and content understanding, be able to communicate efficiently with design/casting teams on screen presentation needs, and support short video preheating, live streaming slice re-distribution, etc. Integrated marketing actions.
