Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning, shooting and editing of daily short videos, ensuring that the content meets the brand's tone and target audience's preferences

• Coordinate the content release of Little Red Book and Douyin and other social media platforms, including copywriting, tag setting, publication schedule planning and data tracking

• Regularly analyze platform traffic, interaction rate and conversion performance, propose optimization suggestions and implement them

• Collaborate with business/system analysis team, transform product or service core value into easy-to-understand and attractive short video content

• Have 1 to 3 years of short video creation or self-media operation practical experience, familiar with the Xiaohongshu and Douyin ecosystem and algorithm logic

• Proficient in mainstream editing software (such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), with basic color correction, sound effect processing, and subtitle creation abilities

• Have good writing skills, be able to write posts and scripts in Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English, and express yourself naturally and vividly

• Have basic data analysis awareness and be able to interpret key indicators through backend tools (such as the Douyin Creator Center, Xiaohongshu Professional Account Backend)

• Responsibility and time management skills, able to balance multiple platform content output and temporary shooting tasks, adapting to a mix of office and outdoor shooting work mode

• Thirteen months' salary
