Responsible for organizing and coordinating various meetings, preparing meeting materials, recording meeting minutes, and updating relevant calendar information in a timely manner. <br>3. Process workflow emails, including receipt, classification, forwarding and registration, while properly archiving and managing important documents. <br>4. Focus on file processing and typesetting work, ensure that all documents are clear and well-formatted, and assist in completing invoice processing and related financial assistance work. <br>5. Complete other temporary assignments as directed by superiors, providing comprehensive administrative support.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>2.
