Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in large customer development and daily maintenance work, participate in customer visits, needs surveys and customized solution development and presentation.
- Focus on key industry customers (including business, retail and overseas markets), and deeply explore their potential needs in AI and big data applications.
- Push the company's artificial intelligence and big data products to be applied in different business scenarios, and assist in completing the early stage communication and scheme design of the project.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams, integrate resources, provide comprehensive service suggestions that meet customer needs, and enhance customer satisfaction and cooperation depth.
- Complete other sales support and business promotion related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, business management, big data analysis, artificial intelligence or Relevant professional background is preferred.
- Positive and proactive personality, sense of responsibility, innovative thinking and team spirit, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as a working language for written communication and customer exchange.
