Job Description
As a core senior management member of the company, the executive general manager will be fully responsible for the company's daily operations, strategy implementation and team management, leading the company to achieve business growth and goals in the fiercely competitive market. This position requires both strategic vision and execution ability, coordinate resources from various departments (including parent company and sister companies), promote technological research and development, market expansion and business cooperation, and at the same time build an efficient team to ensure the company's sustainable development.
Core responsibilities
1. Strategic planning and execution
(1) Develop a company's medium and long-term development strategy, decompose annual goals and implement them, regularly review and adjust strategies;
(2) Lead key business decisions, coordinate resources from technical, product, and marketing departments, and drive project efficiency.
2. Operations Management
(1) Coordinate the company's daily operations, including personnel management, process optimization, cost control and risk management;
(2) Monitor business data (such as user growth, revenue, profit margin, etc.), develop improvement plans, and enhance operating efficiency.
3. Team building and management
(1) Lead the local team in Hong Kong and overseas key markets, establish talent recruitment, training and incentive mechanisms, enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness;
(2) Establish cross-department collaboration processes, promote efficient communication, and ensure company goals are aligned.
4. Business expansion and resource integration
(1) Develop customer, partner and investor relationships, drive business collaboration and financing progress;
(2) Represent the company at industry events, enhance brand influence, and seize market opportunities.
5. Parent company collaboration
Closely cooperate with the parent company, implement strategic decisions, feedback on operating progress, and jointly respond to performance challenges.
Job Requirements
· Education and experience: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, etc. is preferred; 5 to 10 years or above of technology industry management experience, those who have worked in a start-up company/ executive position are preferred.
· Industry background: Familiar with technical trends and market dynamics in fields such as AI and big data, with successful cases of product commercialization or business growth.
· Language skills: Proficient in English, fluent in Mandarin, no Cantonese hard requirements (if possible)
