Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for face-to-face, phone and email communication with customers through multiple channels, in-depth understanding of customer needs, and providing tailor-made sales solutions

• Continuously master company product knowledge, accurately recommend the most suitable product options for customer needs

• Handle sales orders, payment settlement, and inventory records to ensure accurate data and efficient processes

• Collaborate closely with production and logistics departments, follow up on order execution progress, and ensure timely delivery of products

• Provide post-purchase support, promptly respond to customer inquiries and properly handle complaints

• Organize and analyze sales data, participate in sales strategy review and optimization work

• Sales or customer service related work experience, welcome inexperienced but potential applicants

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, able to communicate fluently in three languages

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good at building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

• Have clear logical thinking and problem-solving skills, be able to handle various customer difficulties independently

• Familiar with common sales systems and inventory management software operations

• Team-oriented spirit, able to cross-departmental collaboration to promote business goal achievement

• Positive and proactive attitude, customer-centric, and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Educational requirements: Associate's degree or higher diploma

• Working location: Kowloon Bay

• Working hours: 5 days per week, 4 to 8 hours per day (flexible schedule)

• Employment type: Full-time

• Salary range: monthly Hong Kong dollars $16,000 to $20,000

• Applicant identity: Hong Kong permanent resident, high talent pass, outstanding talent pass, IANG, or other valid Hong Kong work permit
