Duties:

1. Technology selection and landing: Responsible for the technical selection, architecture design, and product pre-research of AI products. Drive AI technology innovation and product landing in smart tourism and other fields;

2. Technical solution: Analyze and understand business requirements, and solve the problems encountered in the AI full-stack technical development process;

3. Scientific and technological innovation: Track and evaluate the new developments in AI technology, maintain sensitivity to industry trends, and regularly publish papers.

4. Team management: Responsible for managing and leading the core development team, effectively motivating, supervising and professionally guiding the team, and improving overall technical skills.

Requirements:

1. Hong Kong or overseas universities with computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics or related fields;

2. More than 5 years of technical management-related experience, with a complete AI-related R&D experience (leading the team to design, develop and implement production-level AI solutions, including but not limited to product design/technical application/model training);

3. Have in-depth understanding and rich practical experience in the AI field, familiar with generative AI, machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, etc. technologies;

4. Priority will be given to those with relevant patents, papers or technical achievements in the field;
