<p><strong><u>Working Location: Tseung Kwan O, 5 days per week, 9 working hours</u></strong></p><p></p><p>Responsibilities: </p><p></p><p>- Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties </p><p>- Manage counter services, facilities operation, and coordinate activities</p><p>- Provide high quality customer services </p><p>- Provide administrative support to the management </p><p></p><p>Requirements: </p><p></p><p>- Diploma holder or above in related disciplines </p><p>- Minimum 2 years’ experiences in customer service, with clubhouse service knowledge is an advantage </p><p>- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua </p><p>- Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills </p><p>- Independent with good PC skills and knowledge in Chinese word processing </p><p>- Shift duty is required </p><p>- Immediate available is preferred </p><p></p><p>We offer ample opportunities for career development and attractive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
